Methodology

Every business has its own way of doing business and this becomes an integral system for success. Levitate Solutions take great care to achieve customer satisfaction, and we believe that clear communication is a critical step in that process.

Consultation The initial consultation is an information-gathering exercise which sees a representative from Levitate Solutions meeting with the client to gain an understanding of their company, its market, its vision for the future and the things that make it unique and obviously, the specific information regarding the project(s) required.

Quotation Upon giving consideration to your individual requirements, we will respond with a quote based on the information gathered previously. We require you to sign the 'Quote Approval' and mail it back to us at info@levitatesolutions.com

Quotation Approval & Deposit, Once we receive your approval, we require a project deposit if the project value is more than $2000.00. A project deposit is required from all customers who do not have a previous credit history with our company.

Development The first stage in development is to let as many ideas and concepts loose as possible. This will entail our designers in laying out multiple designs and possibilities and we will only present a design for your consideration once we are satisfied with the outcome and believe that it mirrors your expectations.

Process 1: Develop an Overall Model

A. Content
  1. Collect content to include all images, documents, and reports, audio and video files to be used in the site. This also includes information required from the client.
  2. Story board the website to make sure that a solid concept of the user experience is clearly laid out. These storyboards need not be elaborate, simply enough to give a frame of reference to design in.
  3. Solidify the navigation method and create a site map. The site map is an outline, blueprint or flowchart of the web site. The objective is to map out all the components of the website, so the development team has a firm overall idea of what the site will contain and how the pages inter-relate to one another. Here are a few examples of site Maps:
    • Prospect Technologies
    • FMC
    • CDFI
  4. Have the client sign off on the site map
