Included in the monthly cost is unlimited email support; the system also has a built in issue tracking and ticketing system allowing for efficient and rapid resolutions for issues as and if they arise.
As you manage your website you may encounter something contrary to your expectations or even on those rare occasions an error.
At Online Now we stand by our software 100% and are very keen to tackle any issues you encounter and resolve them so that your experience of Online Now is a seamless one.
The quickest way to get help when you need it is to use the built in ticketing system to alert our team of the issue and get them started on resolving it straight away. When noting your issue it will be very useful to include as much information as you can about the issue (for example, what you were doing, on what page or module, what happened, whether or not there was an error, and if so, what it was).
